BAMsocks.com ships via USPS (Priority / First Class Mail) --- Generally we are able to process your order within 24 hours and your package is shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.   Depending on your method of shipment and location your package can arrive anywhere from 1 day to 7 Business Days after processing and shipment.

  • Some products can take up to 1-4 weeks to arrive and these products will have notes in their descriptions letting you know the approx shipping times.   (this can be due to popularity and product on hand)

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.


It is very hard once the order is placed to change shipping address or product.   If you have an issue with the product you have ordered (you can email within 3 hours of purchase) to change the item type.   In the case of completely changing the shipping address we recommend canceling the order right away and resubmitting a new order.

You will receive a tracking reference in your shipping confirmation and you can track your order on www.usps.com.


    All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must pay the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.  

    Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.*


    We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

    Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund.  IMPORTANT to include your ORDER ID and what the mistake was and if you would like us to send a new item or refund.

    Great question.  Sock sizing is different from shoe sizing and that is why we try to list everything on our website (noted on each product page) as please choose your SHOE SIZE and we will match you with the correct sock size.  If you have questions please ask us.
