All orders will take approximately 1 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 1-4 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 10-30 business days to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.

 

Returns / Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Women's Sock Sizes


A standard women's sock size is usually presented on sock packaging as "Size 9-11." This usually translates to a women's U.S. shoe size 5-10 (European 36-41, UK 3-8).

Men's Sock Sizes


A standard men's sock size is usually presented on sock packaging as "Size 10-13." This usually translates to a men's U.S. shoe size 8-12.5 (European 42-46, UK 7-12).

Large Socks for Men & Women


If you have larger feet than the standard sizes above, we’ve got you covered:

  • Men: For men who wear shoes bigger than size 12.5, we have a special collection of . These bigger socks are just as fun and funky as any we offer. No more plain white socks just because you have big feet!
  • Women: For women who wear shoes bigger than size 10, we recommend you try our socks that are either marked at medium or socks sizes 9-11 (please see specific product for actual sizing) . In some cases the product with be marked UNISEX and there is no difference in design between our men’s and women’s socks; men’s are simply for a larger foot. Many of our most popular styles are available in both a men’s and women’s version.

Wide Calf Knee High Socks


What about women who have larger calves? Our knee high socks are among our most popular, but customers with larger or more muscular calves are often concerned that the pattern will be stretched and distorted.

Our special collection of wide calf knee highs is the solution! While standard knee high socks can fit around a calf circumference up to about 18 inches (45 cm), these wide calf socks fit up to about 21 inches (53 cm).

Also, keep in mind that even if we don’t offer a wide calf version of a certain knee high style, it may still work for you if it has a relatively simple pattern. The simpler the pattern, the stretchier the sock. This is because complicated patterns may have many panels of different colored threads stitched together, like a quilt, which can limit stretching.

Ankle Width

Many people simply do not like the feeling of a tight band at their ankle, even though this is often necessary to keep a sock from sagging. The best option for a comfortable, nonbinding sock that won't sag is comfort-top socks. They are elasticized throughout the sock, which means they do not require a band at the top.

 


Kids' Sock Sizes


All parents and caregivers know that kids’ sizes are beyond confusing, and there’s no exception with socks! Every brand has different distinctions, such as small and large, youth and junior. Plus, we all know every child grows at a different rate. That’s why we do our best to make the shopping process easy on you.

We have organized the assortment of sizes into the following categories:

  • Baby socks are for newborns up to about 1 year old. Keep in mind how fast these little munchkins are growing and changing! When in doubt, go bigger, allowing the baby to grow into the sock. When the baby outgrows the socks, they make awesome holiday decorations, change purses, pet socks and more!
  • Toddler socks are for little ones about 1 to 4 years old who wear toddler shoe sizes 4 to 7. If the toddler you’re shopping for is a fast grower, then go ahead and move into the kids' sizes 8 and up.
  • Boys & Girls socks are for children about 5 to 10 years old who wear kids’ shoe sizes 8 to 13 and then on up to a size 3.  By about age 10, most kids can fit into a standard women’s sock. If the big kids you have in mind are tall or have rather large feet for their age, then just skip right to women's socks, which have a larger selection.

We also offer the ability to filter by age and by shoe size. If you know the age or shoe size of the little one you’re shopping for, simply select it, and you’ll see all of our cute socks from different brands that should fit that child.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders received over the weekend ship on Monday. There may be some exceptions, but they would be described on the product page for the socks you ordered. We ship our socks as fast as possible and typically are able to ship within 24-36 hours after order is received .

 

Where is my order?

BAMsocks.com ships via USPS (Priority / First Class Mail) --- Generally we are able to process your order within 24 hours and your package is shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.   Depending on your method of shipment and location your package can arrive anywhere from 1 day to 7 Business Days after processing and shipment.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking reference in your shipping confirmation and you can track your order on www.usps.com.

What is the return policy?

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must pay the shipping charges if not approved. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.    You have 30 days from the time of receiving your order to ship items back for full refund.

Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.*

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Issues with Order

I think I received the order products or size in my order, what do I do?

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund.  IMPORTANT to include your ORDER ID and what the mistake was and if you would like us to send a new item or refund.

I think you sent me the wrong size of socks?

Common issue we see is that SOCK sizing and actual SHOE sizing do not match up.   For example: a SOCK SIZE 9-11 does not mean that it fits people with shoe size of 9-11.  We ask for your shoe sizing / or have you pick the size of your sock and we then match you to the correct sock size.
